Every one would get the feeling of depression and tension in their day to day activities. One should know how to come out of that very quickly so that they can continue concentrating in their work. You should decide a thing, a activity or something. When you think about it, it should give you lot of energy making you forget your tensions and come to good mood.
That might be girl friend or your cute baby or any other thing. Tune your mind accordingly such that whenever you are in pain, feel that thing, you will get enormous amount of positive energy which will wash out your tensions and you can continue your day happily
Be careful when you decide that thing. Safer side is thing without life like ipod, looking at nice paintings, etc. Because you wont know when your girl friend would say good bye and that might cause a bigger damage to you mentally.
